Unseen Revelers is a virtual lecture that explores the vibrant history of female nightlife activists in the iconic NYC neighborhoods Greenwich & East Village. This program will explore the remarkable contributions of women who took up space in taverns, bars, lounges, speakeasies, and clubs to advance political ideas; highlight emerging subcultures & art forms; gather people of different classes/races/ethnicities, and shift the zeitgeist.

Sketching with Street Dancers Volume 9 (Earth Week Edition) is a “not so still life”, drawing session that combines movement, mark making (drawing) and music.

This workshop will focus on providing guidance to Teaching Artists for contract negotiations and advocating for equitable pay rates with current or future employers.

Session 1 (1600-1776) Who Built This? Lenapehoking (Manhatta) to New York City illuminates Manhattan’s transition from a thriving forest full of hills on an island stewarded by the Lenape to a thriving metropolis and financial center in America built by enslaved African people.
